The Appointment System Has Been Launched at the International Relations Office

In order to ensure that the services carried out under the International Relations Office of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University are conducted in a more efficient and organized manner, an appointment system has been introduced.
As of November 1, 2025, all procedures handled by our office will be carried out by appointment only.
Applications regarding Erasmus+ student mobility and residence permit procedures for international students will no longer be accepted without an appointment. Before visiting our office, students must schedule an appointment by selecting a suitable date and time at uikrandevu.mu.edu.tr.
Our office will provide services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday for both Erasmus+ procedures and residence permit applications for international students, based on appointments made through the system. This new practice has been implemented to reduce workload and to offer faster and more effective service to our students.
Please note that it will not be possible to process any requests without an appointment. Therefore, we kindly ask all students to plan their visits through the appointment system.
